Here pictures of birds in and around Lefeng, Bazhou.
They are more for reference than for beauty ... many pictures are bad quality. I don't have my 500 mm lens with me, so they are all done with a 200 mm lens. Also the fog here is problematic and especially the diffuse sunlight created by the fog and cloudyness turns each picture into a more or less black and white one.
Different from Tibet is the green vegetation with foilage hiding the birds. While in Tibet the birds as well as oneself can't hide, here one usually only hears the bird sound, but does not actually see a bird. It needs lots of patience and time to follow a sound and stay long with lots of patience to finally see the bird, often using the call of a Collaed Owlet, which makes birds appear.
